She tried to talk me out of it, but I just kinda sat her down and told her that it's something I really believed in, and was sure of. I also made a deal that if I became sick, I'd start eating meat again. And that was 5 years ago now. And as long as you eat a variety of things, your health should be fine :) I hope this helps a little.
