Whatever your favorite meat dish was, find a way to vegetarianize it! Or if you had a favorite sauce or something, verify that it’s vegetarian and try it on something without meat, or some fake meat. Also, just spice up your diet in general. The more interesting your vegetarian diet, the less you miss your old food.
